We are sorry to tell you that we cannot accept insurance for travel medicine services. We have tried to conclude contracts with insurance companies but have not been able to reach agreement. (Translation – it’s not our fault! They won’t pay us even enough to cover our cost so the vaccines in many cases!) We’re very sorry because we know this is an inconvenience to you.

Therefore, we need to ask you to pay for our services at the time of the visit. We will give you a receipt that you can file with your insurance company for direct payment to you, or if you would rather, as a courtesy we will submit the bill directly to the insurance company on your behalf.

We ask that you submit your payment to us in cash or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
