Bayside Travel Medicine has offered travel medicine services since 1991. Appointments are available Monday through Friday during all business hours, at our offices listed below.

OUR SERVICES consist of advice on travel, prescriptions for prevention and treatment, travel immunizations, and medicines to prevent altitude sickness when appropriate. We individualize our services depending on your own health status, where you are traveling to, and what style you are traveling in. We also review your vaccination status and see if, in addition to travel vaccines, you need to be updated on routine vaccines.

MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH US about a month in advance if you can. If you can't, coming in at the last minute will usually be adequate. Also, it's a good idea to have your questions written down beforehand so you won’t forget them.

PLEASE BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ALL YOUR IMMUNIZATION RECORDS, INCLUDING THE YELLOW IMMUNIZATION CARD IF YOU HAVE IT. AND PLEASE FILL OUT AND BRING OUR BRIEF MEDICAL HISTORY FORM, FOUND HERE.
